There is another great Elvis biopic that is very good to called Elvis as well. It was a TV Movie that starred Kurt Russell as Elvis and was directed by John Carpenter. I highly recommend that film as well.

You were talking about that you have not seen many Elvis films. Most are actually a fun watch. There are actually 31 of them. But my favorites worth watching is Love Me Tender, Jailhouse Rock, Viva Las Vegas, Follow That Dream, Kid Galahad, King Creole, and It Happend at the World’s Fair (which was Kurt Russell’s first film as a child actor for just a brief scene).
