Hot damn!!  After a bumpy ride to the end of Season 12, this one was a welcome surprise!  Obviously we'll wait to see how the season shapes up, but as far as premieres go.. this was pretty aces!  And just in time for Halloween :) JOIN US!!

I'm someone who's always been very opinionated about this show, and it is because I love it. That's why I don't fault reactors who are also critical about things. It does depend on the subject, though. I'm a big Dean defender, and will always come to his defense, even if he might be in the wrong. He never is! lol I won't say whether I liked season 13 or not, or whether I liked Jack or not. That would be delving into spoiler territory. You can judge for yourselves. I will say that I did NOT like how season 12 was handled. And I also had trouble with how the show was being filmed. The atmosphere of the show was changed. In season 12, they went full bright and colorful. No longer muting the colors and light. That's been hard for me to adjust to. Partly because it was such an iconic part of this show over all the seasons. Any time the show did get bright and colorful it was due to something happening - like the French Mistake (S6), Changing Channels (S5), It's a Terrible Life (S4). So now that whole deal is out the window. It just didn't feel the same to me. The show hadn't ever really been that scary, but the way it was shot really aided in the atmosphere for me. No it's all bright and colorful and it just feels wrong. But there are a lot of people who like it better that way. Okay, that's my helping of complaining done for the week. Guess I'm back to the long comments. lol

Dean is very depressed at all his losses. Jensen's face really reflects Dean's humbness and pain. He's lost his mom, two of his best allies in Rowena & Crowley, and the love of his life. Dean blames Jack for all these loses, rightly or not. I think Sam sees a lot of himself in Jack. Sam who was told he had demon blood and who let Lucifer out of his cage. Sam, who could've been Lucifer for all these years. Jared was in the ''Friday the 13th' remake.

Jill I

Jensen is a terrific actor! Terrific. I noticed this since earlier seasons. One of the reasons why Dean is one of my absolute (if not the only absolute) favorite character on TV. So yeah everything Jensen's on seems interesting to me, such as The Boys. Plus, it doesn't hurt that he is so attractive or georg/hot/handsome.
