Awww yeah the PINEultimate episode! 🍍 You make a good point…I’m just going to start photo shopping family albums and adding good ol Richie Gere in them 😂 It was great watching you enjoy all the little horror nods here. And the Bruce Campbell cameo is masterful! I had a feeling/hoped this ep would be up your alley. It really does feel like they just decided they want to do a hodge podge of fun episodes and stories for the last season and go out with a Bang. At that point they already had their Psych-Os lined up, so it felt like it was about the fun of being brought into the world more. That’s just my takeaway 🙂 That being said, I think this one is on the top of the list of the scary episodes they’ve done.

I've not been on YouTube or patron for ages since I've been very busy with Uni work. But I realized this weekend that I still had my patron subscription going and that Psych was nearing its end, so binged the half of season 7 I had missed and all of this season. I'm actually so sad its ending. They have just said that the script for the 4th film is ready and they may be filming soon. I've loved re watching this show with you and am very grateful for it. Season 8 has always seemed like an 'ah fuck it' season and they just do a bunch of wacky stuff and I'm glad to see these again. This episode, people usually don't like as much, but personally i like it. From starting the season with Carey Elwes and having the Cloudy remake with the return of Ralph Macchio to this episode with Curt Smiths amazing final cameo of the show, and Ralph Macchios Karate Kid/Cobra Kia co - star Billy Zabka was great in this episode. I totally have never fully noticed Maggie's lack of appearance in this season until you mentioned it in your opening talks and am just realizing it because the show never made it feel super on the nose at her absence to me. It's the last few episodes, when i was in this situation I noticed that the breakfast club cameos from the start of the show when the boys go to there reunion and are mentioning it and all Shawn's Emilio Esteves Estaves Name jokes, through the show we have had Ally Sheedy, Molly Ringwald, Judd Nelson and then we got Anthony Micheal Hall for a few episodes, we are only missing one of the club. Also Martin Sheen was technically in it. Dule Hill really wanted Martin Sheen actually in the show but sadly they couldn't so they snook him in as a picture in this episode. And I'm so excited for the last episode and the infinite films to come!!!
