2023-03-11 22:24:25 As a wrestling fan, I can say that the way this shows portray professional wrestling, while there were times when wrestlers were overworked 6,7 days a week, had to resort to booz and drugs to num the pain, and had to "keep up kayfabe" meaning they'll would deal with maniac fans who get way to serious, all that said, that's mostly a thing of the past! Wrestling has evolved in a ways where they are more conscious about people's phisical and mental health, and when it comes to serious rl stuff the wrestling community can really come together in suport. My favorite bit about this ep was Dean getting into the ring the Ric Flair strut😂 STYLIN AND PROFILIN WOOOOOO!😎 Pro Wrestling at it's core can be really great! I'm glad Greg understands that it's really about the drama, cause many people have this misconception is just a pretend, gymnastic routine that's not really as good as a gymnastic routine so who cares? To put it simply, Pro Wrestling is a more physically/athletic theater play, that's it! And it can be good or bad depending on the stories they tell. While I understand wrestling is not for everybody, but since you live in LA, if you ever get the chance to go to a PWG event at the Globe Theatre, I highly encourage you go, those are some of the most fun events you can attend live (and there's a huge difference between watching at TV like you did now, and being part of that atmosphere), events that attracted alot of famous celebs in the past.
