There are some great ones ahead, this was a fun side quest. Im here for all of it. Also if you haven't' seen Justice LEague, animated series or Unlimited, there are some of those especially the 2 part episodes in Justice League, that are so good. Then when Unlimited so perfectly brings in people like elastic man and Booster Gold. I mean those shows really focus superman and batman and green lantern more so. As with this movie run its more batman focused.

Going by this being the latest DC Animated movie you reacted to, I’m guessing you guys are following this article for your watch order: https://editorial.rottentomatoes.com/guide/dc-animated-movies-in-order/ Just so you know, there are a number of animated movies that much like ‘Assault on Arkham’ are not part of the DCAMU that began with ‘Flashpoint Paradox’ and are more like what would be considered ‘Elseworlds’ movies, just in case you’re watching them and wondering how they possibly tie into the DCAMU. These movies include: -Justice League: Gods and Monsters -Batman: The Killing Joke -Batman and Harley Quinn -Batman: Gotham by Gaslight -Justice League vs. The Fatal Five -Superman: Red Son Also, if you are using the link mentioned above, you might want to be a little careful as those brief synopses they give do still contain some spoilers.

This is definitely more of a Task Force X project rather than a Batman one. They needed the words Batman and Arkham in the title to tie in to the game series. Several of the voice actors from the game crossed over (Kevin Conroy as Batman, Troy Baker as Young Joker, Nolan North as Penguin, Martin Jarvis as Alfred and CCH Pounder as Waller. There are some tie-ins with the layout of the Asylum, many of the character's costume designs, Joker's cell, and using a form of Batman's electro shock gloves (here as brass knuckles). All of the characters who die are ones who didn't appear in any of the games to avoid canon issues.

This was one of my favorites even though it's not DCAU canon :-). I love me some Suicide Squad, and make no mistakes, this is their movie moreso than Batman's. All of the Squad members were good, but I particularly loved seeing Deadshot, Boomerang and Harley Quinn together, and the Killer Frost/King Shark scenes were great too.
