Jesus Olivia how can you be so mad because Korra is good at stuff

Robert English

Asami was originally meant to be an Equalist spy. As the creators were writing for her character, they really grew attached to her personality. They liked her so much that they changed her story and made her an ally of Team Avatar.

TrixieTurner

A big part of Korras character is she grew up very sheltered, she didn't have the typical avatar journey and adolescence. So now she's basically in a fish out of water story as she develops as a person and avatar.

Olivia really went off on this one and tbh...some of her criticisms didn't make sense lol

Flev Dorin

You didn't liked Korra because what she did wasn't right, it wasn't right to go behind her friends back, yet you sympathise with the terrorists/equalists because they have "nuance"? that doesn't make what Amon does right but ok, how about this for nuance: she is trying to capture Amon because she saw first hand what he can do, she has LITERALL nightmares of him, so she's right to be paranoid because she underestimated Amon once and it almost cost her bending, and going behind her friends back is part of that paranoia because she couldn't be sure where Asami stood. So whether you think what she did is right or not, it isn't without a sense.

He sent them the location so that he could capture them all and deliver them to Amon, he wasn't counting on failing

BS

one of the flaws of LOK is having short seasons. I think the writing style benefits from longer seasons. The amount of time that passes is very unclear. It causes the story to feel rushed. Some of the points Olivia was making are valid.

"Everything comes super easy to Korra." 5 minutes later: Korra gets the shit beat out of her and loses a fight very quickly. Also it's proven that Sato lured them there so it wasn't just super easy for her.

Zach Woodbury

I'm sorry but some people's reactions to Korra are very frustrating... And it's not Greg. Olivia's criticisms are completely non sensible. Also it's verry weird to be that supportive of a blatant terrorist organization... but ok

Zen Reacts

Well I did sign up for the patreon so I could watch the LoK reactions but the another blatant Korra hater kinda ruins it for me

Mr 111

It’s crazy the Korra staning on here because even though she grows to become better, at the time she is arguably the least likable of the main characters.

Josh Baker

These are already getting kinda difficult to watch solely because of the constant unfounded korra hate from one side of the reaction, for me at least- even if its partially a joke. It was funny for like one episode but I already find myself wishing Greg could react alone so we could get deeper insight/thoughts on the more serious themes, even if that seems harsh. Hopefully that changes soon though because I'd rather watch both of them react anyways... just in a more constructive, slightly less over-the-top manner.

minmarie

does this chick stop reacting soon? because she's insufferable and i don't want to stop watching a great show because of obnoxious mindless behavior. she's not funny.
