I was SO hurt by Mandarin (he was my favorite Marvel villain) that this was like an 'eh' with Taskmaster. I agree with Florence Pugh being the shining star. I think Melina is a double cross and will be Iron Maiden down the road but 🤷🏻‍♀️ I also put all my money on Mephisto. Its weird that enjoying the feel of the Disney+ series than the Marvel film? Maybe it's because there is more time to explore.

Probably setting up something In a later movie. The way they have been going. It looks like the downfall of marvel isn’t going to be a competitor, but its own patience. They thing because of their reputation and bank account that they can start making entire movies into movies that only exist for exposition and too build on the extended universe. It’s done it successfully, but now it’s just sad and disrespectful to the audience

I agree, but I still had a good time and have faith in the future of the MCU. I would be more worried about their “downfall” if we didn’t have the integration of the Fox properties coming.

Loved Florence Pugh! can't wait to see more of her in Hawkeye. And just my 2 cents on the Taskmaster thing, like, I'm not in "that pocket of the internet" and I don't really have a big issue with her because I'm not familiar with the character, but I'll just say this about whole changing or "washing" characters, if you don't care about it fine, but I don't like when people are selective about washing, like "white washing=bad, "female washing"=it's ok, like why is one good and the other's not? Yes I know the whole "taking roles away from minorities", I"m aware of that issue, but if you just care about the movie and the stories and it making sense. then you should treat it all with the same care or indifference.
