2021-07-15 04:16:16 Yeah, I love this ep. because we get to see Henry flourish as a character, and because my barin is so used to the binge tv style now, I can get a little impatient for this character moments, I know how great they are and because we're doing the weekly thing, I get excited for John to see this kind of eps, to see more about this great characters! But also on the other hand, I get a little sad cause some of my favorite eps are over 1y away.😔 Hope I don't overhype some of this eps! I realised rewatching this ep now that this may have not been the most captivating ep. story wise, and I feel like sometimes I get very excited for surten character moments and I overhype it for John, and it might not get to the level he imagines based on that hype. There will be very good eps. in the future, eps that won't just follow the same formula we keep seeing, and those will be worth the hype! The pineapple was the light stands in the retirement home lobby and Talmadge's room. Also little, maybe not "fun" tidbit: speaking of the obvious parody title of the ep., Corbin Bernsen actually did had a stint onf Young & The Restless, and his mother Jeanne Cooper was one of the longest tenured actress on the show.

I get a little impatient too. One of my favorite guest stars isn't until season 4. Come through patience levels.

This is such a fun episode. I appreciate the little moments, like Gus falling asleep on Henry's shoulder during the stakeout because Henry is probably like a bonus dad to him. Sadly we never see Grandpa Spencer again. Eventually, we will meet Henry's younger brother though. Oh, oh...and Shawn's mom!

Wow. Another superb comment. I really like the information given about the family tree. It's like The Book of Genesis but for Psych.
