Fun fun episode! Yes it's not ideal to watch a Christmas ep, other than dec, but who knows, maybe the future Christmas eps will land around dec (I can't be bothered to do math and check if that's true), and also in those future eps we are gonna get another "guess the present" competition because that will be a recurring thing, and also more Gusters!! This remix of the theme is the first one in a handfull of future remixes, 2 of which we'll get THIS season. Two, yes TWO fun tidbits (I finally have something noteworthy to mention in this column): In the S1 finale with the sororities, Shawn made up a fact that Gus played Bud on The Cosby Show, it's a fun casting choice in that Phylicia Rashad played the mom of Rudy, Bud's bff on the show.😜 And 2nd: that scene with Henry and the snowglobe is more wholesome than you think because Corbin Bernsen owns, or owned one of the biggest collection of snowglobes, I saw him on one of those reality treasure hunting type shows where they went to Corbin's house and filmed the entire collection, and Corbin asked the show's host what would the value of the collection be, I don't know if he actually sold it or not, but yeah, that glee on his face in that scene must of been real, because he is a big fan of those things.😊🔮

Fucking hell. Now I can't wait for you to see season 3's Christmas special. Combined with the fact that I also can't wait for you to get to season 4 to see one of my favorite guest stars. I'm so impatient. But in a twist that you, nor Flev, saw coming...I'm really excited for you to see the next episode. When Gus' mom was arrested I nearly lost it. Just the idea that they're working so hard to impress the parents and both of the Gusters got arrested during their investigation. It is hard to feel a lot of empathy for the old man. A horrible way to go...but.... The Netherlands does this racist holiday tradition of having someone dressed as Santa and then his slaves/servants/helpers/whatever they're calling them are all in black face, complete with red lips. They're adamant that it isn't racist. Some argue that the slaves aren't black in race but black due to sliding down the chimneys and getting covered in soot. So there you go. Now that information is in your head forever. Even the Netherlands is terrible. I was so excited for you to hear the theme song change. When I first heard it I was so ready to couch dance to the theme and it really caught me off guard in a delightful way. Much more chill couch dance.
