Oh god John, don't remind me of that movie! I don't dislike Katherine Heigl as much as everybody else, I actually loved her in Grey's Anatomy, but that movie was shit.😂 Another fun ep. as always, but the biggest thing by far was the last scene, now we know by now that this procedural show is more of a episodic show, but there is atleast one running storyline, it began in the 2nd ep. of the series when they met at that dinner, couple of flirts later we got to that speed dating ep. from S1 when they had that little discussion about their compatibility tests - that was the first big step, and now we took another BIG step in this story🥰. This relationship I gotta say, as you'll see with future episodes, was I guess the reason why I as a young teenage boy got interested in romance flicks, there's quite a stigma to romance flicks, some deserving so, but some are more mature like the scene from this ep. I don't have much social experience in that departament, but I thought the way Juliet reacted and handled that situation was realistic and mature. Also fun fact, this was my 2nd ep. that I remember seeing on TV! I discovered Psych channel surfing at 3am, and luck would have it that it was actually the pilot, the next day or so I catched Psych again in the evening but they were airing S2 and I remember the reveal scene from this ep. quite fondly.

The whole time I was like...how bad does that vest smell? The pandemic has ruined me because the whole time Juliet and Shawn were close-talking I was cringing due to the lack of social distance so I guess I have to unpack that. The next episode has more of Gus' family so prepare for all of that awesome.
