Dammit Greg you got me with the blind jokes. The next one is a 9-parter so if you can just drop those next Wednesday that you’ll be great👍

The second part of season 2 has my favorites parts for Avatar the last airbender. All the feels in these 2 episodes always gets me. The story for Avatar the last airbender for season 2 and 3 are amazing and epic.

I second this. The last 9 episodes of Book 2 are consistently good. Nothing is wasted. Even the "filler" episode is considered one of the best in the entire show.

2021-07-15 04:20:45 Professor Zei's search for knowledge kind of reminds of Hugo Strange in The Batman (2005 TV Show). He ends up getting all the knowledge he could ever want from a supernatural force but is rendered catatonic. In this case, Zei is trapped in confined rather than in his own mind.

Aang's emotional turmoil over Appa hits every time. To see him get so vengeful of the sand benders that he kills the vulture wasp, and activates the avatar state, is chilling. It's so lucky they were able to balance that out with the cactus juice and blind jokes.
