nobody complained when you had the hbomax streaming. Its when you dont use that, thats when we all have issues

At this point I'm convinced they slow down their videos so they have deeper, manly voices. Rarely match HBO or the files in my iTunes library. Often lags behind both.

Anyone got any suggestions on how to keep it synced? In the end I had to keep a pause, play sequence going to keep it synced up. I'd hate to have to do that from now on.

I had that problem with HBO max and my blu rays, but tried the dvd version and it stays synced

It Really Depends What Version Your Watching, I'm Not Sure About The Streaming Options But I Do Know The American DVD's And I Think Blu-Rays As Well Play At A Slower Framerate Than The UK Version, So The US Versions Of The Episodes Are Actually Like 2-3 Minutes Longer Because Of This So It Really Screws Up The Sync

You Guys Should Really Watch The Doctor Who Minisode That Came Out In between Seasons 3 And 4 I Think You Guys Would Really Enjoy It, It's Only 7 Minutes, So You Could Fit It In Before An Episode, I Think A Lot Of Us Would Love To See Your Reaction To It. Sorry you're experiencing difficulty with that, Daryl!! Tried a couple via HBO Max (which actually seemed to complicate syncing further), so generally speaking, we're watching from the DVD. I do my best to bring up the audio track every 10 mins or so in-case people need to re-sync, so keep an ear out for those as well.

I'm now trying running the playback of the reaction at an increased speed of 0.4 which does help to keep the sync aligned for much much longer. This compensates for the differing frame rates.

Ooh, appreciate the recommendation! Unfortunately can't guarantee reactions for the minisodes as we've still got a pretty full slate, BUT I'll do my best to check them out in the off-hours & keep up with them :)

I understand and yeah that would be cool to watch them on your own time and maybe give your quick thoughts on them in the video, most of them are not very important but there are a few later on that are very relevant to the story and have important plot details that you would miss, idk why they put some of that stuff in the minisodes but thought i would just let you guys know so you dont miss anything.

Well, this one seems to be un-sync-able sadly. Apparently it's somehow a slower framerate than both the UK (BBC iplayer) and US (HBO Max)
