Ahhhh! The greatest show ever made! I watched as the new episodes were premiering on USA met my husband and got him hooked too! I actually went into labor watching a new episode at the time called Lassie Jerky with my husband! Now I have Psych in the background at home almost everyday and have favorite episodes I'll go back to for every season. Spelling Bee, 9 Lives and From Earth to Starbucks are my faves from season one but I love them all ❤️🙏🏾

This is an amazing show!! You are gonna enjoy it so much. Also, this show is on Amazon Prime Canada, not sure if it's on Prime USA but please do search it up. There were a lot of parts that were edited out when I watched alongside my prime video. Have fun!

Aah! I completely missed seeing the vote since I've been offline recently, but I'm so happy to see you doing Psych! It's such a fun comedy, but also the relationships on it are so sweet, and there are a few moments that are really touching. And Shawn & Gus' chemistry only gets better.

Monday is officially my favorite day of the week now! Psych is one of my fav show ever!!! I literally saw this 9 times start-finish, and I'm glad my 10th time will be with you John! Few things about the show: - the show was filmed in Vancouver and its surrounding areas - the show picks up its pace as we go on, as with many pilots, the cast and crew weren't sure if they'll get pick up, so they hold back, but they get more confortable as they go on, and gets a little more fast and luse - the Shawn and Gus friendship is the backbone of this show, but you'll see more of the other relationships and chemistries, obviously you saw Shawn's relation with his dad Henry, you got a glimps of Shawn's dynamic with the lead detective Lassiter, that will grow more, and many others to come - there's a moment that you picked up that I will revert back when you get more accustom to the show, unless someone else mentions it - the show is rich in pop culture references, half of which fly over my head, so I'm glad you'll be here to clear up some of them that I don't get - and there's a funny moment around 26:30 when Shawn revealed "nobody kidnap him because he kidnap himsel" and almost simultaneously you and Gus did the "hu" eyebrow thing 🤨, that was really funny.😂 Anyways, I'm glad to see you enjoyed it, hopefully you keep enjoying it and others do too, and also hope this will be a success for your Patreon page also. Can't wait to go on this (hopefully) 2 1/2 years journey!! Take care John and see you next monday!❤️

I love this show. So happy it won the poll. I don't know if this is helpful, if you play the ads ones on peacock when you replay the episode, it will skip the ads. And yes, the pineapple line was improvised by James Roday.

I love Psych, but as a procedural (with a twist), it isn't going to have muchin the way of an overall arc. I'm glad you're watching it but I wonder how it will work as a "reaction" show - will there be much to discuss?

Yeah, we may not see much of John's trademark facial expressions, but there will be enough to talk about the cases (which many are well written), and the seasons finales are always fun!....At the end of the day, this is a different flavor reaction, we shall see how it goes.

Most everyone here has already hit on all the main points I woulda brought up, except.... your observation of the pineapple is funny considering there is literally (or was when it was on) groups, and chat threads dedicated to "finding the pineapple", because every episode has something with a pineapple on it somewhere... and as the years go on, some of them get reallly sneaky to notice.

This is one of my all-time favorite shows, so I decided to join when you mentioned Psych is on your patreon page in the latest WandaVision reaction. One of my favorite things about the show is the pop culture references and the tribute episodes. The Dual Spires/Twin Peaks episode is one of the best, but it's not until season 5.
