Thank you guys for taking the time to answer the question! Great approach from both of you! Also I'm very intrigued to see what they will do with the Amazon series hahaha. Hopefully this will have a similar approach to your answers hahaha can't wait!

I get what you guys saying, and I respect yours and others different opinions on that, but in my humble opinion, it's frustrating to invest so many years into a show, a story that you (the creator) started just so you leave it "to people's imagination". Like, no! I started watching the show because of the story and characters that you created, and it's your responsibility to carry out those things, not mine! cause then there's no real ending, I can make up anything, I can say that Pussy came back from the ocean as this half man-half fish symbiot to have his revange on Tony in that dinner 😂, or other dumb endings like that anyone can make up online and then you have 1000s of different endings that you cannot have discussions with someone over because there's no definit ending. Idk, maybe as you say if it's in line with the show's tone, like it's this psychological and profound show through and through then MAYBE a simial profound ending is justified.

I'm still baffled that they spent $250m on the rights alone and about $1b on the series budget, like they will not be as in debt like Netflix is (due to the fact that the parent company is stupid rich), but I don't see how Amazon Studios is gonna make back the investment.
