2021-07-15 04:38:12 Like i said before, its interesting what this show treats as a big reveal. Because on literally the second or third page of the first volume of the comic they straight up say “reginald is an alien” but i dont think they do anything with it? Its just thrown out there? Lol yeah. Also, from my passing knowledge of the comics, i know that volume 2, “dallas” is all about them making SURE that jfk is killed so i wasnt surprised abt him still dying-- if you’ll excuse a comic spoiler, allison gets with the commission and makes a deal: in exchange for her voice back, she disguises herself as jackie o and, in the motorcade, says to jfk “i heard a rumor that the back of your head exploded.” and kills him. its bad ass. Another bad ass thing from the comic they changed? Its originally FIVE who eats aj! As someone who is totally over the handler this season, five totally deserved to eat aj!! HE deserves to be the feral man child! Anyway lol, loved this penultimate episode. ((Also, i want to say, its important to still be critical of even media we really like, many ppl are upset over some anti-semitism they see-- and honestly i see it too. A mysterious group that controls the world, reptilians who kidnap children and eat brains? Its a gross anti semitic conspiracy theory that the show just goes with? Its worth thinking about. Im not jewish myself, so im probably not explaining it well, but i thought it worth mentioning. <3 <3
