Well, peeps..now that we're finally to the end of season 5, we thought it about time to dive in and do a REVIEW... of The Road So Far!!!

But that's not all!!  We've also talked in the past about doing a Supernatural-themed Q&A aaaand since 5 seasons is A LOT of TV to keep in mind, this seemed like the perfect opportunity to combine the 2.

SO!  Post your questions (pertaining ONLY to seasons 1 - 5) below & we'll be sure to touch on them in our review!!!

Which character in the show so far has grown on you the most respectfully?

1) As the series goes into a lot of different stories involving characters from religions, urban myths & legends etc, is there any that haven't appeared yet that you'd like to see in the future? 2) Are there characters or creatures from the show that you'd like to see come back in the future? I personally liked the Irish witch Patrick the witch from the poker episode. 3) What do you think happened with Chuck? 4) what were you favourite and worst episodes or story lines from the first 5 seasons?

Who was your favorite Angel and Demon performance from the first five seasons? My favorite angel is Castiel, obviously, and my favorite Demon was always Azazel, the Yellow Eyed Demon. He reminds me a lot of the Reverse Flash and I love it. How about you?

What have been some of your favorite portrayals of commonly know supernatural beings on the show so far? Considering how they put a unique spin on many of these monsters and urban legends I would be curious to know which ones stick out to you. Alternatively what have been some of your favorite portrayals by some of the antagonists on the show? Lucifer and the 4 horseman stick out to me but those are probably easy picks.

If there could be a new character that gets close to Sam or Dean, what type of character would you be most interested in seeing? For example with Cas, the angel & human dynamic was really refreshing to me. So personality-wise or just plain species-wise, what character could you imagine being fun or intriguing?

Bizarre! My comment has disappeared! As I've now had replies both from Vel and Elizabeth Gates I'm going to reproduce part of it so that their comments don't get lost along with mine. I said something like: Do you think the introduction of Cas and expansion of the universe in Season 4 was instrumental in contributing to the show's longevity Vel: Hmmm. Suggestion - Perhaps it would be wise to allow them a few more seasons before that kind of importance should be placed upon a single side character. There are a lot more seasons and stories to consider. However, that would make for a great conversation after they've finished the series.  (My reply: I did say Cas + universe expansion - some might feel the show was pretty claustrophobic with just the boys long term) Elizabeth Gates: Vel, I feel like the show has certain eras and season 4 (Cas' and angels' introduction) was definitely the start of a new one--not just because of the expansion in mythology but because, with Bobby and Cas, it starts to feel like a family story versus just a brother & brother story. Therefore, I think that it is appropriate to talk about whether or not that contributed to the longevity of the show. In my opinion, as much as Sam and Dean are the heart of the show, the added cast was necessary for them to reach 15 seasons.

Do you think the language they're allowed to use vs. the level of violence/gore they're allowed can be incongruous? In the Ghostfacers(?) episode, we saw Dean/Sam from the perspective of third parties, and then a lot of their language was bleeped out!
