"I Am Bane" - LOVED IT!

- We learn the true Identity of "WALLER" as well as Eduardo's full transformation into BANE leading into a crazy situation involving Bruce Wayne, Jim Gordon, and Harvey Bullock!

- Penguin & Riddler intend to escape on their submarine while Barbara is in labor (Under Lee's care) but they need an item from Barbara as more chaos ensues!

- Alfred & Selina ally up in the search for Bruce

And we're back!! It was such a great episode! it's a little annoying that it came off the back of the last 2 filler episodes. Its a shame because they really blocked the momentum of the season till this point. Hard to blame the writers though when they got dicked around like they did. Not sure if anyone has mentioned the troubles this season had but, originally they were looking to be cancelled after season 4. Then the whole Brooklyn 99 cancellation fiasco happened. So Gotham was given a final season that was only supposed to have 10 episodes. It wasn't till halfway through filming they were given 2 extra episodes to do in order to make syndication (100 episodes). so clearly the previous 2 episodes were the 2 extra filler episodes. Anyway, glad that you enjoyed this episode! bring on the last 2!!

I'll voice my thoughts about this final season via direct message once you completed it, but I just have to quickly comment on Barbara's wheelchair shootout. This was one of the funniest scenes of the entire series. It literally had me laughing out loud - something I rarely do, especially when alone. I'm glad you got as much of a kick out of it as I did. Love that woman to death.

I don’t think anyone said it but Eduardo’s last name was confirmed to be Dorrance by the producers. Despite having no canon first name in DC Comics, Dorrance is Bane’s canon last name. Bane’s father was named Edmund Dorrance aka the super villain King Snake.

Damn haha. I didn't know all this production side of things going in, but I can feel some of that awkwardness looking back. I remember when the whole Brooklyn 99 thing happened, I had no idea it affected this lol. It is really nice to have an upswing towards the very end, though. Even if it's not the most solid season, I'm glad we got it for episodes like these :)) Not sure I'm ready to shoot this finale lol

YES lol Barbara's wheelchair shootout deserves to live on as one of the great moments in the Batman canon 😂 moments like that especially are gonna make me miss this.

Oh damn, I didn't know that! Haha it feels like they had to do a lot of roundabout stuff with this show to realize certain characters, but that's pretty sweet. Would be kinda cool to see King Snake in some future live-action Batman thing... Maybe after Pattinson's they'll start doing more out-there period pieces and genre benders or something.
