Nice. Going to watch this tonight. This is an awesome show. The art design is crazy with it's animation. I think you will enjoy this one.

Boo, I was hoping you picked Vinland saga, haha. This show tho is super popular and well received . And the studio that produced this show is known for being one of the first anime studios blending CGI and 2D stuff near flawlessly . They kinda were leading charge with that compared to the rest of the studios . Demon slayer is their latest work and with all the experience they had it just looks fantastic . I personally have issues with storytelling and especially dialogue /character writing it was really hard to sit through some episodes . But the whole show is elevated with insane production values , just superb direction in majority of episodes . Basically its an eye candy through and through. And the music is great too! The only scenes I liked from writing side was when Tomioka Giyu showed up , lol. I really like his character design and how he carries himself. Also his inner monologue , self blaming for not arriving sooner vs giving some tough love to Tanjiro , our MC was p;retty neat touch . Also its another shounen , I wonder if you gonna start to pick up some patterns /tropes . haha.

Probably the first anime I watched week to week since Sailor Moon, many moons ago. Then one of the episodes hit Twitter and people lost their minds. I absolutely love the animation of this show. I just found the art so beautiful and the use of CGI blended so well. I swear the opening scene the snow looks almost real. In this episode I like the POV shot when he looks around almost dazed before spotting Demon Nezuko.

Aw haha nooo! Funny enough, it was right down to the wire between this & Vinland. It's on the short-list, so I gotta imagine one or both of us will jump on that one at some point. I'm gonna have to start learning more about these animation houses at some point. Thought this first ep was GORGEOUS! And the music as well. Tons of atmosphere! Sad to hear the writing/pacing side isn't so much your cup of tea 😅 I liked a lot of this episode, but I Giyu's intro & especially the contrast between his outward words/actions with his internal monologue. Curious as to how many of the tropes I'll be able to spot this time around. I feel like I'm getting used to a few of them, but I'm sure there are deeper cuts haha.

Oh, nice! I never thought much of it in the past, but surprisingly I don't think I've ever seen a complete episode of Sailor Moon haha. God the POV shots in this episode are INSANE!! What I'm gathering is that the visuals and soundtrack are the centerpieces of this show haha. Was it not that popular before the Tweeters found it?
