Well if there's one thing supernatural is known for it's the way they do season finales and cliffhangers and you guys are in for a ride.

Per your question in the video, John didn't start hunting until after Mary died. You'll learn more on that backstory in later episodes. :)

Really enjoying watching you guys! for clarification John didn't get the gun from the other hunter bc he didn't know he had it. the other hunter kept it a secret. and John became a hunter after Mary died. 😉

Aw, thank you so much! Really glad you're diggin' the episodes 😊And very much appreciate the clarifiers haha - every now and again a crucial little detail or two will slip by. Will remember this for the future!!

Ahhhhh okay, there we go. Thanks for catching that, mate! Can't wait to get into season 2 haha.

I totally buy JDM as their dad, but I just looked it up because I never have, and there’s only about 12 years between him and jensen ackles which made me laugh. Lol he plays a strict father pretty well!

Oh snap haha. That's some goood acting right there! Somehow he does come across convincingly older than the both of them. And convincingly dad-like. ...Curious to see how this will all come across 13 seasons from now lol, post-Negan and all that 😅

I just joined your patreon, bc i love your reactions so much that I needed to see your reactions to this show. I haven't watched any yet, but I know your reactions will be great. I'll also be watching your Gotham, Riverdale, Black Lightning, and the Flash reactions, but Supernatural is what I signed up for. Keep creating great content. PS i always check your channel first whenever a new trailer comes out

We have a lot of fun shooting these - similar vibe to the channel, but a bit more free-form since these shows are a lot longer, obviously, than the regular YT stuff. We'll keep a lookout for ya in the comments & really hope you enjoy the videos!!

John's mistake wasn't in tying the girl up wrongly - his mistake was not realising she'd recovered from the Dead Man's Blood. That's why she could break free. Some people love this episode but I agree with you that it somehow feels a bit flat. Really, its purpose is to introduce us to the Colt and demonstrate that it works (so they had to use it to kill off some supernatural being), and to get John to team up with the boys for the finale. The rest wasn't really all that interesting (although I've always liked the Dead Man's Blood lore).
