Only on Season 1 right now, but really did enjoy this episode as well!

VIPER - that drug that allows super strength, high intakes of dairy products (it's this episode)...

TBH, Fish Mooney is the lowest part of this series. I could not stand her character when she was on screen. I see what they were trying to do with her, making a badass, no bullshit female character, but it just comes off as too in your face and laughable. That's just my opinion.

Glad you're enjoying it. There really is so much to like. yeah there are some plot faults in some areas, but what show doesn't have at least a few, right? Season one, to me, felt like old time, true "Detective Comics" chapter. Everyone is gathering info on each other, looking for dirt to get one step ahead or a leg up. the way the show takes it's time to develop character arcs and define the characteristic differences of each one compared to their comic book counterparts, really helped me get drawn into the show. Particularly Gordon, Oswald, and Ed Nigma. (Riddler's my fav. DC Villain btw) It's all so familiar, yet completely fresh too. I look forward to seeing you and hearing your thoughts, as you continue. (Plus it gives me an excuse to re-watch) You're awesome, my man; and as Mantis said, go and "kick names and take ass!"

Absolutely agree. None of these shows are perfect haha. I love your comment & observation about this season feeling like true "Detective Comics" cause that's why I really enjoy it - Gordon & Bullock remind me of the True Detective guys (in some ways). It took me like 2 or 3 episodes to realize that these characters are growing & truly arcing in a slow way - which is why I'm enjoying it. And thanks for watching my dude!
