MANSON!!

Oh you have to see Locke, it’s sooo good. I also love The Drop. He’s great in Legend although the movie is a bit rubbish. Sorry I didn’t really consider that his filmography is quite short, I’ll think of a better one next time! ☺️

No worries at all! Was a lot of fun to look back thru his filmography, we were just worried about naming the stock answers since we’ve seen less of the deeper cuts haha. Will definitely add Locke & The Drop to our list!

Mad Max Fury Road was gorgeous to look at and sucked you into its crazy world. Tom Hardy did an amazing job as Mad Max. Even though he wasn't in this movie a whole lot, i thought he was great in Dunkirk too.

Also have you ever seen him interviewed? He is the complete antithesis of a Hollywood star. He used to get in serious trouble with the police in England; getting into fights, stealing cars and doing every drug going (his words)....there’s a famous story about him waking up in a hotel room next to a man, both naked, and holding a loaded gun, with no recollection of what happened (I mean we’ve all been there right?!) He is so fascinating, he’s obviously on the straight and narrow now but you can see when he plays violent characters that he drawing from a really legitimate place.

2021-07-15 05:40:10 Oh, hell yeah. Never forget the first couple times we each saw Fury Road. That movie was a special moment & the fact that he brought so much to it despite not being the center of the film made it that much cooler. And definitely agree with you on Dunkirk. Amazing how captivating that guy can be even with most of his face covered.. lol

Damn! I think we're gonna have to watch a few more of his interviews haha. Got the sense he could be a bit of an intense guy with a pretty interesting life, but.. naked with a loaded gun is a whole other level haha. Although, like you said, all these crazy experiences have to have informed his acting. Just glad he decided to pursue acting and not real-life GTA hahaha.
