A while ago, fellow Patron-O-Ject Kyle Club Adventure had sent over 3 blu rays - one of them being The Adventures of Tintin.

I watched Tintin, posted a Stardust Reaction, but it only makes sense that Kyle would want me to further elaborate here! So thank you again KYLE!!!

With that in mind, what do you guys think of The Adventures of Tintin?!

Q&A TinTin

Comments

Ron Harrison

I saw the Adventures of Tintin too. It had this grand epic feel to it. Tintin felt like a detective. Snowy was intelligent, but caused problems too. The movie did have a slow pace, which made it feel long. It didn't shy away from dropping a prologue into the middle of the movie. I'm glad that it got made, but I understand why it didn't have a sequel. Not face paced enough to hold the audience's attention.

It definitely has a lot of charms to it. And given that TinTin is a more internationally beloved character, we’re actually kinda surprised it wasn’t received well enough to merit a sequel. Seems like there’d be a good amount of potential there still, but oh well.
