aww thanks! I guess it's come from being much more comfortable doing T.V. Show Reactions. We know that when we cover trailers or shorter vids, it's best to not really comment during the reaction portion, for a t.v. show there's more wiggle room to insert some commentary haha

1. When "Izuku Midoriya" is written in Japanese Kanji...one of the character spells "Deku" which means "one who is not good at anything" so Bakugo uses it to make fun of Midoriya.....In this episode Uraraka (infinity girl) points out that "Deku" is also a character used for spelling "Dekiru"which is a japanese word for "You can do it!!" so she likes it. This was the actual conversation in JAPANESE SUB, but they changed it to "Deku sounds kinda cool" in the ENG DUB. Now Midoriya is taking the weak name(Deku) and turns it into a symbol of strength. 2. Deku (i'm sticking with this name since I gave the long ass explanation above) did not get a new costume cuz the green jumpsuit was a gift from his mother and he was gonna use it no matter how uncool it looks. 3. If we're watching dubs, we tend to try and keep the subtitles on just in case, but we may not have had them for this one. Makes that much more sense why he might embrace the name, knowing that. And makes sense as well with the suit from his mother.. Really appreciate you watching along & looking forward to chatting with you more as the show progresses!! :)
