What the hell did I just watch? Not you guys! You’re great. I’m really struggling with the show this season. And I am a diehard fan. My cousin actually did the cg art for this episode. Aegon’s body. Ps will say tho, Daemon did not abandon Rhaenyra. She sent him away. He’s being possessed by a witch. I am just stunned at this episode. Heard George RR Martin was a little frustrated that they were going to change a huge book plot, erasing a significant character and giving the plot to Daemon’s other daughter. Which is happening. Wow. But to top it off, lady, misery, a.k.a., the white worm, is having a rushed affair with Rhaenyra instead of Daemon? This is like straight up fanfiction. It feels like an entirely different show. I don’t know I just can’t believe it. There’s a lack of cohesive craft happening. Miguel, the director/showrunner…..I wonder if him leaving was just wildly worse than we thought it was. Minus episode three and four, this inconsistency has made it just feel stale. There will be bright moments, and then it fades. Uneven. So weird! It doesn’t even feel like the same show anymore.

HA! Love that Seasmoke took finding a rider into his own claws! Flying over that beach all the time he was like if you're not coming to me I'm coming to you!! 🤣 That scene sent me and gave me a sort of high because I was so excited! I was also so excited to see Viserys his visage was a very welcomed one! It was familiar and honestly brought me a sense of comfort ❤️ And Rhaenyra and Mysaria I saw coming a mile away because I read that room so fast! I can get it though both of them share a connection when it comes to Daemon both feeling scorned and burned by him so makes sense they would find a companionship within that 😅 I've made friends over ex's (not THAT level of friendly but friends none the less lol)
