I saw this in theaters and my friends and I laughed through the whole thing. It is ridiculous but that's what makes this so fun. And lets be real Bridgette Wilson was somewhat new in films and another reason I think we enjoyed this film as much as we did. :) Yes Bradley killed it, but actually the role was supposed to go to Phillip Seymour Hoffman who did audition and Sandler wanted him and he was offered the role but he ended up turning it down. And it was said that for Farley's bus driving scene he slammed 6 espresso's right before shooting. :) What else is funny is when this came out Roger Ebert said this about Sandler : "Not an attractive screen presence. He might have a career as a villain or as a fall guy or the butt of a joke," Guess the joke is on Ebert.. You both should react to "Airheads" he stars along side Brendan Frasier and Steve Buscemi. if you haven't seen it Click it's got a ton of heart and my favorite of his Reign over Me with Don Cheadle and Liv Tyler. More serious drama about him trying to learn to come to terms with life after losing his family 5 years prior in the 911 attack. that for me is when I knew Adam had real acting chops.. There are a few other more dramatic roles he has done but that's my favorite that and Hustle. Which he was nominated for a screen actors guild for best male leading role.

I kind of agree with both of the guys, here. Like Aaron, it’s one of my least favourite of Adam Sandler’s movies. Sometimes he gets the silly humour so right, and other times it’s a little too silly for my own taste. But I still enjoyed watching it and Steve Buscemi is always great. My friend and I used to have a ‘one stupid comedy movie a year’ rule, and this would have fit it. But I would put The Wedding Singer, Happy Gilmore, The Longest Yard, Bedtime Stories or 50 First Dates on before this.
