Finesse Movies You Need to See 🍿🎥💎 (Patreon)

1. Intolerable Cruelty(Avaliable on Prime)🏦 - Miles Massey (George Clooney) is an exceptional divorce lawyer who specializes in saving cheating husbands from having to pay expensive settlements. Unchallenged, he wearies of his life -- until he meets the cunning Marylin Rexroth (Catherine Zeta-Jones). When Massey's representation of her husband in court denies her any divorce compensation, Marylin vows to get revenge, enlisting the help of an oil baron (Billy Bob Thornton), and the two vie for the advantage in a flirtatious duel of wits.

Chanel's Take🥳 - If you're ever feeling down definitely watch this movie. The sugar baby challenge winner Jule's is the one that recommended this movie to me.  This is one of the movies that although it's funny there are gems being dropped that you can use in your everyday life. 

2. Heart Breakers (Netflix)💔 - A mother and daughter work the sweetest of frauds. The mum marries a rich guy, then the daughter gets him into a compromising position, and then the mum walks away with a big divorce settlement. In a twist of fate, the mother falls for their new target, a tycoon, and the daughter for a $3 million beach bar owner.

Chanel's Take 💓- Literally my favorite finesse movie! They are more so con-artist but they are very detailed in vetting men. Even the locations they went to are very wealthy locations that you can use today. Its honestly a cult classic. You can learn from the daughter and the mom. I've already posted about Heartbreakers before but the gals need a refresher. I love this movie thats why it made it to the list...again.  Anytime Im feeling down this is on of my go to movies !  It's a Pick me up (not to be confused with a pickme 😂). 

3. Just Wright 💰 ( available on amazon prime)- Physical therapist Leslie Wright (Queen Latifah) lands the dream job of working with basketball superstar Scott McKnight (Common). All goes well until Leslie finds that she is falling in love with him. Scott, however, is oblivious to Leslie's romantic overtures and focuses his attention on Morgan (Paula Patton), Leslie's gorgeous friend, who would love to be the basketball player's trophy wife.

Chanel's Take 💎- I literally just found out that this is a finesse movie.  The co-star in the movie is a "gold digger" however there are gems in this movie. Pay attention to the god sister. There's a scene where a multi millionaire asked for her number but she doesn't give it to him. Because she knows that he is used to getting what he wants. Some girls give in to multimillionaires too easily. They become to accessible and easy to get. You still need to play hard to get no matter who the guy is. I dont want to spoil too much for you but for the most part she played the game right. 

4. Hors de Prix (Priceless)💍- Irène (Audrey Tautou) loves nice things and loves to have wealthy men pay for them. One night, she mistakes Jean (Gad Elmaleh), a poor bartender, for a potential client and spends the night with him. The next morning, Irène realizes her mistake and leaves, but poor Jean is smitten with her. Later, when a rich dowager mistakes Jean for a veteran gigolo, Irène agrees to tutor him in the art of fleecing wealthy lovers.

Chanel's Take 💌- This movie is a good watch because the main character is a finesser. It shows that sometimes the finesser can be finessed if you are not on your P's and Q's and do not vet correctly. However, there is interesting information in here that can be used in dating scenarios and real life. The ending is not my favorite though 🙄.

5. Belle (Avalible on amazon prime)💄 - The illegitimate, mixed-race daughter (Gugu Mbatha-Raw) of a British admiral plays an important role in the campaign to abolish slavery in England.

Chanel's Take 🎥 - Ugh such a great movie💕. Literally in my favorite top 3  movies of all time! Its not really a finesse movie but if you watch Bridgerton you'll understand how a man should court a woman. Back then it was not okay to even touch a girl without marrying her ! I watch movies like this to remind me how I should to be treated. Like royalty👸🏾 . These women were getting married for titles and land. I think that my perspective of this movie is the example of the mom leveling up so her daughter can have a better life. I'm watching this movie with finesse eyes on. Her mom chose the right suiter. I dont want to give away the whole movie but I think her mom really set her up for a better life. Although, the ending is about true love (we love to see it.) The daughter's pick did level up in the end. He was ambitious . It's not like he was a dusty. 

6. Vanity Fair💋 (Avalible on amazon prime) - Born to poor parents, Becky Sharp (Reese Witherspoon) has always aspired to be a member of England's upper classes. Leaving her boarding school and best friend, Amelia (Romola Garai), behind, Becky associates herself with the Crawleys, eventually falling in love with their son, Rawdon (James Purefoy). The marriage is happy at first but deteriorates when Rawdon's fortune dwindles. Becky is then supported by the lecherous Marquess of Steyne (Gabriel Byrne), whose motives are less than pure.

Chanel's Take💵 - A really good level up movie about a girl starting from the bottom and leveling her way to the top.  This is definitely a cult classic.
