What is something you've learned that can help others?

What I've learned: I can honestly say that I learned to be selfish; to make sure that my needs are met before giving someone all my time and energy. I learned that sex has no value and that conversation and personality sales. The art of asking and then asking for more is honestly so freeing 🥰
