i've been active in my 12 step program for 4 years before starting my journey of finessing in may last year. before that i've doing therapy off and on since 16 and i'm 35 now. i have a psychatrist. my sponsor has given me 5 books i've been reading over and over again. i just got 8 new books for recovery/healing this weekend. i go to sleep with the 8 hour affirmation videos on youtube for about a year or two now every night. i have singing bowls/sound bath/binaural beats/healing hz level etc. music on youtube in the background 24/7 if i'm not sleeping. i've been celibate since my last serious relationship ended in 2014 and i'm not into the idea of sex at all tbh. i'm disabled and take tons of meds have 5 doctors including a physical and occupational therapist i work with. my neurologist has in my notes i need medical messages weekly for my fibromaylgia. no man is giving me any money to date. i work 40 hours plus a part time job but only make 17 an hour so i don't have money to do everything i want rigiht away. so everything is slowly growing. thanks to groupon i'm able to do the messages and a massage school! for years i've been drinking lots of water and herbal teas. i go through 2 8 oz cans of sparkling flavored water, 1 1 liter of mineral etc. water, and half a liter of the same type of water every day. i also have rheumatoid arthritis on my long lists of diagnoises. i've been eating anti inflammatory diet to help me with that since 2018. my disabilities do not allow me to workout like ya'll that are able bodied. but i consider physical and occupational therapy as working out for what i can do and i do the home stretches/movements they have me prescribed to do 6 out f 7 days a week. i've had a black dermatologist for 3 years now. i am just now coming out of covid for 3 months straight not leaving my house. it messed my skin up ugh. i see her thursday, my first time leaving the house since covid. outside of finesse i dress gothic japanese street fashion and alternative. i know about makeup worn makeup and wigs and putting together a look but i entered in may without what i call a 'man attracting' attire. so since starting in may last year i am slowly buying male attracting attire and shapewear and amazon wigs and soft neutral makeup colors. all the meds i take the appointments and therapy and massage i do does not leave a lot of spending money!! so right now i gotta go low end and spacing out what i can buy. i know what i want to look like i jusnow..butdon't have the money to do it but i'm doing it the way i can when i can!

my pics are busted yall , never been the type to take body pics .... I need help yall i might have to come back to the finesse game until i can invest in myself. I know i can look better I'm just poor my bills more important then my looks right now , do yall think I gotta have weave ? I've notice men like long straight hair , or just do a silk press ?

I would recommend buying a cheap $20 long wig that looks good, and take as many pictures of you wearing it as you can. That way it looks fresh. Those cheap wigs don't last long but they look really good when they're new. 😁👌🏾
