Hey folks,

Just figured I'd drop a wee update for those of you that haven't been following some twitter posts or my regular WIP drops on the discord.

Next full animation will be HER, featuring everyone's favourite thicc goth mommy Lillith and her hung "friend" Ul, this time in the modern setting as they get up to some saucy times in a hotel.

At the moment animation (assuming I haven't forgotten anything) is 100% complete and locked in and recording has begun. This time around there were some roadblocks such as completely recreating the room in objects so I could include a better skybox and cityscape outside the hotel window.

HER is also going to be my first animation done entirely in 2K resolution so there's been some testing etc that slowed the progress a bit as I didn't want to get so far into the project only to need to scrap it. As such recording's been a slower progress as the RAW footage is roughly 8GB for each 2 minute long angle I record that I then re-render in MP4 with the bitrate cranked way up so as to cut the size down to a more manageable 1.5GB while retaining as much quality as possible. As far as I can tell this will then allow me to render the final video into MOV then MP4 with all the audio as the usual MP4 without losing fidelity.
Likewise as I learned with Club G0th, I'm segmenting the visual edit so as to not slog the process once the video gets to a certain length.
