Desert Brutality 2021 Day 2: Catastrophe and Redemption

http://www.patreon.com/ForgottenWeapons https://www.floatplane.com/channel/ForgottenWeapons/home Cool Forgotten Weapons merch! http://shop.forgottenweapons.com When we left off yesterday, I had a perfect streak going with my FR-F2, but the choice of a .357 revolver for a Brutality match was looking pretty questionable. Well, we've got our more stages today to round out the match. I'll be shooting out to 550 yards, shooting weak-handed, charging up hills, and more. How will it work out? Let's find out... Sometimes the most durable lessons arise from choices for which we would like to take a Mulligan.

Good shooting. As an old revolver cop, I think there are some things you can do to improve your revolver shooting. It's still probably impossible to spin the spinners, but you were pretty good on your reloads. The biggest thing you can do is shoot double action. I was fortunate enough to learn from the absolute best while somebody else was paying for the ammo. Sadly, I think revolver skills will be gone in the next 20 years. All that said, it was a lot of fun to watch you shoot and I wish I had an MR.

Anyone know what green hoodie/jacket he's wearing in the very beginning?

I agree. I started out as cop in 86 and I learned on wheelguns. Double action is the only way to go for fast shooting.
