have to check local brownells as shipping abroad is out of questions without a doubt. damn restrictions.- ok, they got them but healthy tag on those. 1200 complete lowers. say 1300 for a plainjane new windham here 900-1000 for a crapy complete dpms. one can do the math if a lower is worth that. I am sure it handles nicely but mor than a new rifle....

Per my last conversation with my shop, they'd give you that stupid 10-round, break-off magazine insert to fix it at 10 rounds that you have to break open the gun to reload. That would make the lower good to go. I also know that many shops will just sell you that kit and give you instructions on how to construct it at home, so you don't need to worry about them marring the lower or anything. And some shops will sell you the kit with a "Now you're gonna go home and install this, right? *Wink*Wink." Do with that information what you will. And Brownells will ship a stripped lower to NY zip codes, even though they won't ship the assembled lower or full rifle. So a build is the only option, but a viable one.
