I've seen some of Guncrafters products up close at a few IDPA matches. I've always thought it was a little strange how Northwest Arkansas is a mecca for custom 1911s, w/ Nighthawk, Wilson, and Guncrafters all an hour's drive or less from me.

From what I know of the .50 GI cartridge, probably less than anything in .50AE or .500S&W.

Just saw on GI's website that the Glock conversion uses 9-round magazines. More rounds than a traditional 1911 and with a significantly larger round. Will be interesting to see the video of it being fired on a range.
