Apocrypha - Grey Room

Make sure that briefcase is pointed the right way

Matisse Enzer

Geez it looks like the most complicated swiss watch ever!

Anonymous

I always viewed Asburn as very bland suburbia when I lived there. That is not a bland, gray room, however.

Anonymous

The sound of a thousand fanboys peeing their pants. I can’t wait!

Anonymous

German space magic at its finest

Anonymous

Also, I assume all of those have fully functional giggle-switches, yes?

Michael Batza

My life has now been fulfilled by Gun Jesus, Thank you!

N.R. Jenzen-Jones

Makes the E.M.1 look mechanically simple.

Anonymous

My 5 year old said, “can we go there?”

Anonymous

The G11 on video.... what will the new constant request be?

Anonymous

Nice gun porn!

Alfred Gawron

Well, I guess it's official now - I hate you! lol Hope to see more footage with that briefcase.

Anonymous

Haven't watched the video yet but i seem to need a grey room. Ok watched it, awesome. That mp5k briefcase is going to be interesting, hopefully got to shoot it.

Anonymous

This is awesome.

Anonymous

Very funny about the MP5K in the briefcase. I had a MAC 10 with the briefcase years ago,Pretty much a jamamatic with all of the empties flying around inside.

Anonymous

Cool. I look forward to a bunch of exciting, new videos.

Anonymous

Oh em gee the awesome gray room! Should fly with another companion.

Anonymous

Something like Fedorov Avtomat and only due to its unavailabilty.

Anonymous

I'd die of excitement by being let into that room. So much respect to those responsible for letting Ian there..

Anonymous

OH MUH GOD

Maximilian Krüger

there is a HK G8/HK21, which counts as quite rare and interesting, being a G3 LMG variant, hope there will also be a video on int

Anonymous

i literally squealed when I saw the disassembled weapon on the table. I won’t spoil it for anyone who hasnt seen it

Brian Reddeman

Meh... HK guns in a grey room. Meh... HK G11... most mythical gun in existence.

Anonymous

My God that’s so beautiful.

Anonymous

Some people say that Ian took a long time getting to the G11, but I say these accusations are caseless.

Eki T

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Anonymous

When I seen Grey Room, I thought it was going to be some "50 shades" spoof. (Not that I actually watched that movie, but my wife has)

Anonymous

Too bad you are ‘two years late’ and the late Jim Schatz cannot give you the tour anymore. Arguably the person in the USA who knew the G11 the best...

Anonymous

Just a briefcase, with a muzzle port in the side. ;)

Bruce Brodnax

Definitely in the running for most complicated FCG ever, if not the outright title-holder!

Bruce Brodnax

Suspect only a select few: too much $ and bureaucratic overhead to have *all* of them come w/ a fun switch. Given the interchangeability of the various G-model long arms, probably only a few registered FCGs and swap those around as necessary?

Anonymous

Recommend Carolina Brothers BBQ in Ashburn. It’s pretty tasty.,

Anonymous

OICW at 02:15... Mother of god....

Brandon T

You just turned what has, so far, been an anxiety-and-depression-ridden day into an anxiety-and-depression-ridden day that will no longer be cut short by suicide as I am pretty sure the G11 is such a unicorn that not even God, the devil, the Olympian gods, etc etc etc (I've got no strong beliefs in that regard) would have an example to show me when I got "there."

Anonymous

I was worried I'd gone mad. Surely, someone else would recognize that?!

Anonymous

I’m no H&K fan boy but I yelled an obscenity of joy just now

Anonymous

Too late to plan an Ashburn meetup?

Anonymous

So G41 as well? im excited

Anonymous

Oooooo my...

Anonymous

<scratches chin=""> Hmmm that might not be just a breifcase</scratches>

Anonymous

This is greatness.

Anonymous

I can not wait for the G11 video!!!

Anonymous

Even if its not all that unique, an MP5/10 or MP5/40 video would be cool to see someday. Even rarer, the MP5/357.

Anonymous

I love the PSG-1. Such a good looking rifle

Farmer Brown

Sob, you're breaking my heart and emptying my wallet.

Farmer Brown

Yeah, I have a few G3's but no PSG-1 (yet) - just something about them.

Anonymous

Well If you are going to be in VA for a couple of days, If you are interested I have a couple of interesting firearms. (A Japanese M1 Carbine, An Iraqi captured Israeli Mauser, An Odd ball variation of an R35 Lebel, A Spanish arsenal marked Italian M1870/87/15 Vetterli) I am on vacation with nothing to do, so I could make the drive pretty much anywhere in VA.

Anonymous

That's a teaser!

Benjamin de Groot

Have you ever given a dog a giant slab of meat and watched the anticipation on its face as it's sitting there and salivating in the few seconds before, when you're telling it how much of a good dog it has been and what a nice treat it is going to get? I think I now know how the dog feels.

Anonymous

I really need to invest in a drool-proof keyboard.

Anonymous

I could spend days in that room alone. Hope the vid material will be as awesome as ever.

Anonymous

You're a true hero, sir.

Anonymous

My Jaw just dropped

Brian Reddeman

Darn and here I was going to do a $100/month subscription. Nope, my life is complete with that room. :D Still, now I have a new problem. What to do now that I finished my gun bucket list. Ok, time to dig through dusty old Janes books for obscure line drawings or brief vague descriptions. New bucket time.

Anonymous

Oh my god... Kraut unicorn space-magic...

Anonymous

Any XM29 in the grey room, Ian? I´d love to see you tackle that.

Anonymous

There is an OICW on the cabinet next to 'the briefcase'.

Anonymous

Was that a see thru G36!?

Anonymous

This is almost assuredly the place I will go when I die.

Tim Doherty

So that's what they keep in their office over in Ashburn... I've driven by a hundred times and figured it was just admin and offices. I kinda wish I'd never known!

2021-08-14 03:51:02 Mystery Briefcase at 2:19. Ian, how could you - You missed out on the second smartest gun in the room! I means that now you owe us another video! Of course we know what‘s in that briefcase... an H&K MP5K Operational Briefcase. Every C-Level Executive‘s Dream. Now then, Ian, do we already have a video of this fine specimen of essential executive power and enforcement tools? If not, we now might want to look into it!

... Is that an SP5 K with a PSG-1 grip on the far right of the MP5 wall of fame? That looks like the most ridiculous thing ever, a super short stock-less SMG (unless it's indeed the semi-auto version) with the grip from a sniper rifle on it. I MUST HAVE IT.
