Any peculiarities from Finish firearms law change anything compared to a US match?

That's a lot of running and I bet you miss your red dots.

Ya know, i was already kinda bummed about the lame day at work i have to look forward to. But this just twists the knife a little more. But seriously, what a sweet day. #vicarious

Tried to get the wife to go on last minute trip to Suomi she shot me down. Karl, Ian, lads and lasses from Varusyeleka have fun, be safe, and congratulations on the new building!

Leave it to Ian to miss _more_ as he gets _closer_ to the target! ;-D

Just my Luck. Today the Finnish Police finally responded to my requests on what I need to legally bring my Firearms to Finland. Guess I know what to do next year!

What's with that beep every time you get to a new position?

ForgottenWeapons

On this stage, there is a 12 second par time for each shooting position. So each time I step into a new shooting box the 12 second timer is restarted

How did you manage to fix the camera on your shoulder? The view is awesome and because you are left hand, we see perfectly the recoil of the gun. Keep it up!

My fathers side of the family are Finnish and as of now I have traced lineage all the way back to 1550, left an awful lot of my cousins, uncles and aunts in graves when the russians attacked out country of many many generations, Finland had just gotten its freedom when the egg eaters attacked again , it is called the winter war, I know that many folks know about that, some others do not so not going into it. Do know they were able to at least keep some of their country and why.... Stalin was the best and worst my country had to deal with in the 20th century.. Just so you know, I am American but my grandfather could understand English, he couldn't speak it well and my grandmother did her best to teach me Finnish.... It didn't take..

2021-08-14 03:56:16 Finnish [& the other Urgric languages: Estonian & Hungarian?] is pretty complex, so I'm not surprised your grandma's efforts came to naught. Kids pick up languages easily, it's too bad we don't start teaching languages in schools here until it's too late... [Altho' there've been recent signs of change. I'm not a school teacher so I don't keep up on these things...]

That was a Mohoc camera duct taped to my plate carrier shoulder strap. I was really surprised and impressed by how excellent the footage turned out. :)

LOL I learned Arabic and Farsi while in the middle east, I guess being in the culture and location makes a difference also. When you live where it is spoken, it makes it easier to pick up also, though today for reasons I will not go into, I can barely remember shalom much less salami lack-um...
