Volume 6 Update: TRIO DE FORTRESS (Patreon)

For 2024 we're alternating between new Prelude updates, and Volume 6 concept / teaser updates- the plan is to share tidbits and art samples that will function as teasers without spoiling any major story outcomes. 

So without further ado, here's some Dreamkeepers Volume 6!

First up- at the top you can see Trio de Fortress is getting in on the action in V6.  They're mentioned here and there in Prelude especially, but lo and behold their presence is coming around full circle to the GNS.

STRENGTH- INTELLIGENCE- SPEED!

There will be a reunion (of sorts) on V6- Vi in command in the center of this panel.

This is how he asks people out on a date.

It is ALWAYS really fun to develop new tech / concepts as we come across the need for items to be featured in the story.   (And by featured, sometimes I mean 'it's in the background of a panel somewhere,' but still.)   Above is a sketch for a Sparker grenade-launcher.  Went through a few iterations, but the pump-action charging handle for loading a new orb and compressing the spring felt like a winner.

We didn't get to see much of her in Volume 5- but there will be a more prominent role for everyone's favorite lunatic girl in V6.
