Nukes the play instruments/listen to stereo autonomy for roommates or reduces it, same as the other mod. Requested.

Exactly what is needed! TY those violin playing roommates are just the worst! Wondering if you would consider unlocking university for teens. I have this teen who is like a super wonder child and it would be so cool if I could play him as a teen-genius and take him to uni.

oh I like the Sheldon Cooper sound of this.... I'll see if that's possible (with restrictions) though, teens have high school so that needs to conciliate too.
