Yeah, just saying the serious arcs are usually where all the hype is around. So it's more enjoyable seeing 4 people's input. Not blaming you, just stating my preferences lol. Also, Yamazaki's the best spy around town.

Kinda stoked 'cause most of the serious and comedy arcs will keep on improving in quality after this. Btw, the subtitles didn't mention, but the famous music when Yamazaki was interviewing Gintoki's friends/clients without dialogue is from Detective Conan

Animation-wise this is up there. The other arcs just had more narrative weight cause everyone's developed.

I've seen a big chunk of it maybe around 70%(including the two other movies). When it first came on my radar funimation only had episodes 266-316 so I started there but I didn't know it was so far out because it was labeled as episode 1. So many of the arcs in those episodes are bangers (comedy and action wise) which definitely got me hooked. Watching it along with y'all has me watching it properly though from start to finish!
