For the voting part:
At the beggining of the month there is a post where you can comment 3 
characters you'd like to see tickled and, if you want, how you'd like to
 see them tickled, just keep things SFW uwu.
In the middle of the month I'll upload a pool where you can vote for the character you want to see tickled x3.
Don't worry, if your character wasn't the most voted, it will still be available for voting next month ;3
For the WIPS:
 I really hope you enjoy the little preview, feel free to comment what you like or what you don't like of the drawing, I'll do my best to fix it for the finished product ;3
