Slight change in naming convention for rewards (Patreon)

Just letting you all know that because of my recent change to pay upfront method for Patreon, I just changed my naming convention for the packs I send out via email.

For those of you who've been supporting for several months already, you'll probably wonder what happened to the February 2017 pack. Well, the one I just sent out moments ago is technically that, just using the new naming convention to include the current month, rather than the previous month. So... no worries, you haven't missed anything! But it'll be this way moving forward.
