Thank you for this episode! I disagree with the movie theater remark, though. Going to the cinema is also a favorite date plan for my husband and me; we even have monthly passes. In December, we went to the cinema four times, and I would recommend three of those movies (Poor Things, Holdovers, Dream Scenario). Maybe it’s about finding the right movie theater.

Dr. Kirk, can you create a complementary episode of a anger/rage playlist? I use audio input to shift or enhance my mood and for too long, sadness felt more comfortable (and ubiquitous?) than my honda-informed anger (minus a few preexisting core societal injustices.) thanks, Cripply
