I think the reason why the questioner censored the word sexual is that they didn't want their answer to get flagged or automatically discarded because they don't know if you somehow automatically sort the questions using AI or different services... or if Google doesn't flag or delete their answer straight from the beiginning...

Yay a Bob episode. Love Bob. I’m glad you all touched on talking about bipolar, however I have to disagree that psychotherapy isn’t helpful for it. Whether medication is taken or not bipolar is incurable, however on the NHS psychotherapy is one thing that is suggested as part of a combination of treatments for bipolar: https://www.nhs.uk/mental-health/conditions/bipolar-disorder/overview/
