I was having such a hard lonely night last night and so sad for myself and my childhood trauma. This episode was really soothing. Hearing Bob say the pliers and ladder punchline kinda snapped me out of the space of I’ll never be better. I remembered my tools and remembered that things have gotten better.

Loved this episode! I’m a therapist and right now about 70% of my case load is virtual. I think it can work really well for adults. I see some folks with agoraphobia, so coming to the clinic could make it harder for them. I do still prefer in-person session. I remember my clients better and I think we build rapport quicker. But I love only going into the office a couple days per week!
