Regarding the flea treatments - I think all flea, ticks, and heartworm preventatives have a compound that increases risk of neurological disorders. Heartworms, for example, are also life threatening. So if we don't use these things, what other option do we have? What do you use for flea, tick, and heartworm prevention?

Oddly Specific with Audra

Greetings! I am listening to this and thought about the “TikTok therapist who bashed her black male clients for emotional intelligence deficits”. It made me curious about an ethical idea. If a therapist notices, I have 10 people all with the same issue, that being they can’t be vulnerable with others, could I tell them “you aren’t my only client with this issue. Would you be interested in a group session with them?” I was thinking it could make them friends, give them insight by seeing their own issue from a 3rd party perspective, and potentially lower rates if it’s a group session. But wasn’t sure the boundaries of the therapist even acknowledging “I have other clients…” or “here are 4 other people…you all now know each other are clients and what basic issues you have, and 2 of you just found out you know each other in real life”. I can see it being a can of worms, but also maybe value added.
