Thank you so much for this whole deep dive. My husband and I have been searching for an apology language and this has greatly helped us. I would be curious to hear about how a good, solid, "Thank you" can/could fit into this topic. Either as a part of an apology language or even as a prevention of needing an apology (?) Many times I feel a simple thank you in the front end would alleviate my feelings/needs for an apology on the back end. I also find I feel more respect and trust towards someone who has the foresight to say thank you vs someone who apologies.

My boyfriend apologized to me and I said mmm you are definitely missing 11 other parts of a true apology. Are you interested in listening to an apology deep dive that will be a few hours. And he said no, so guess who will be getting an apology T- shirt 🤣 so glad you made them.
