This is an interesting topic! I faint whenever I hit my ulnar nerve too hard. I've been out to a point where I started convulsing. It's weird, I never see it coming, it just happens!

I actually passed out during my first scientific conference while presenting the results of my PhD research. Needless to say I was mortified and the organizers made me go to the hospital. I'm sure they were worried about liability but the ER was so not concerned about my fainting that I sat there for over an hour and by then was no longer dizzy or faint. I just walked out. Silver lining - several people emailed me to say they were really interested in the rest of my presentation and could I send them a summary. Sadly my advisor was not pleased with the turn of events.
