new feature: lottery (Patreon)

2nd to 6th will be put to lottery with chances according to amount of vote each got.

(this image is used as an example. the chances will be total of vote at the end of poll)

and will be drawn in same month as the poll winner drawing

winner of the poll will be removed from the lottery and will be drawn

so don't give up hopes yet underdog supporters!
