I cant wait for you to get healthy but happy that you have started some slow walking on your treadmill. 191 days till your birthday. Can we start counting down the days? My boyfriend has sleep apnea and uses a CPAP machine too. I love falling asleep right next to his face, there's a tiny breeze that escapes his mouthguard and it feels like the cool side of the pillow is constantly blowing gently into my face and I love it.

Have faith, whatever you put your energy into you will find a way to make it fun to watch and people will always come for that. I've lost and gained 100s of lbs between having kids and depression, it's a hard journey but always worth it!

Nik, in one of your vids (the one where you dance to Michelle Obama says pizza is a vegetable) ;) you were wearing compression socks, it was a funny skit but maybe wear them more often and also warmer socks? A circulatory problem? There is also a lot of good advice from some health professionals here. And I have to say it: what does your doctor say? Be brave and just see him/her.

Nick you should get what’s called a calcium score test done. It’s a CT of your arteries to check how much calcium buildup you may have. It’s about $100 out of pocket and it’s a great indicator of coronary heart disease. Good luck.

Well - this was eye-opening and incredibly terrifying. Symptoms for DVTs (clot in extremities) are swelling, redness and pain. He has none of those. It’s most likely, he has developed arteriosclerosis. So just imagine what is happening to the bloodflow to his heart muscle. This is also why he has nasty skin peeling on his heels. Also don’t forget, the simple addition of a huge belly sitting on his legs, compresses vessels as well. Nick - I’m fat. I weigh 311 lbs. I just walked 2.5 miles this morning - zero chest pain or pinching or whatever - it is not happening because you are fat. It is happening because you eat fast food or restaurant food every single day. I would take the baby aspirin daily if I were you. You can get it with enteric coating and take it with a meal just like your krill oil pills. Millions upon millions of people take a daily baby aspirin with no issue. In your case, the benefits far outweigh the risks. I know you hate the doctor and you hate pills - but with the absolute trash you eat on the daily, you need to do something. Either turn to medicine or quit mukbang. You’re only harming your body more and more every single day.

Okay so bear with me...Im not a doctor but i was really heavy for my size at one point. I hit 200 pounds at height of 5'2... when my BMI says i should be 130... right now im 140 which is still not good. I was watching one of your older videos and noticed when you were holding your phone your hands were shaking and you had to grab your phone with both hands. I mention this because when i was becoming pre diabetic i was the same. shaking and irritable before i would eat my food which was high sugar, high carb. i was drinking alot of beer also. I worry that you may loose your legs becasue i cut out sugar shortly after that and the majority of my mood swings at the time went away. I lost alot of weight and felt much better and my symptoms from being pre diabetic went away. you know how to eat alot of healthy food and hold onto weight. avocado oil is my best friend because i cant seem to keep on weight without carbs. I sort of follow a keto diet but i do still eat bread and tortillas and cover my food in rice flour and fry it. I am concerned for you like anyone else here, but i support you and hope you can make some changes. Fried food is your friend baby, it just has to be the right oil, which im sure you know. You have plenty of people on here making suggestions, but i get that you cant really let go of the high fat high carb food. All i can say is maybe start doing one mukbang that is food that you have personally breaded and fried. Gluten free flour and panko crumbs are kind of a pain because now you have to do more work, but it would keep your sugar and fat intake up and also help you start to lower you GI. Another suggestion is non levened bread, which means pizza, tortillias, nan... and the likes and those are a different kind of yeast. There is alot of grains, as well as breads that are low in gluten(usually they arent wheat) that will help you pack on the calories without spiking your blood sugar. I can tell you getting off of sugar or reducing it, is what i would suggest, you may even get sick. When i went from high sugar diet like yours to a low sugar, i got very sick. It felt worse then getting off meth, which sounds crazy but quitting sugar has been likened to quitting coke. I adore watching you and living vicariously through you, since i can no longer eat fast food, but i would prefer to continue watching you and supporting you. I hope this helps and I really hope you can start replacing some of these bad foods with healthier bad foods. My love for you queen! XOXOXO
