Okay, fun story for y’all today. Ever since we came back from the freeze, there’s been this sound of running water in our kitchen wall, so I assumed, “oh fuck. Busted pipe.” And of course, we called for maintenance to come out to check.. but it was the weekend and they had a handful of other units that were flooded, so they put it off. ”Is there a sign of a leak?” “No.” “So, it’s just the SOUND of running water?” “Well, yeah, but-“ “Well, we’re Prioritizing units with obvious water damage right now, we’ll send someone to check it out as soon as we can.”

over a week later, with no one coming out to check (after several calls, trust me) guess what happened? SURPRISINGLY NOTHING, BECAUSE YOU KNOW WHAT IT TURNED OUT TO BE??? The upstairs neighbors had left their kitchen faucet running while they were gone for the week and they came back today to turn it off and.... noise: gone.

just counting our blessings that their sink didn’t overflow and flood into our apartment while they were gone because holy shit 🥲

What?! People actually do that? It's like something from "Around the world in 80 days" - and he ended up with helluva gas bill 😆 Glad you've survived winter, and the sea turtles - watched them being released back into the ocean on the Swedish news yesterday! 😍 Anyhow, really nice drawing - they look like a fortress, all shiny, sturdy and well put together!

There not SUPPOSED TO, anyway!! But we think they might’ve turned the tap on during the water outage and forgot about it and went away for the week, sooo. I’m just glad nothing flooded in our unit, woof. AND THANK YOUU
