Lucky! - And update + a poll (Patreon)

So, if you read any of the Lucky updates on WEBTOON, then you already know I’m putting those episodes on temporary hiatus and focusing on building a buffer that will just be Patreon exclusive for a little while. Aka y’all will still get the finished bits as soon as they’re done, but I won’t be putting them on WEBTOON until I feel comfortable that I have a good amount saved up. 

The reason I’m doing this is 

1.) Lucky is mostly free and unless WEBTOON decides to feature me or I start to build any sorta of audience + ad revenue there, I’m not going to stress myself out over the fact that I can’t be Update there weekly. The numbers game is really killing my game. 

2.) WEBTOON is the only place that I post lucky publicly and I WOULD like to have some more consistent updates, so I’ve got to build up that on my own time without killing myself between commissions and Patreon rewards. 

TL;DR - In regards to the “hiatus”, nothing changes for you guys, you’ll still get the comic as often as I’m able to churn it out and vote for it in polls and what not, don’t worry lol 

Which brings me to my poll. 

LET ME PREFACE THIS BY SAYING: The winning option of the poll may absolutely affect my decision making process, but that doesn’t mean the winner will automatically be the default choice. I just need a third opinion and since Lucky was born on Patreon and kept afloat by you guys, I’m gonna ask y’all. 

Ive been talking to another comic friend about what’s been holding me back, story and update wise, and we were bouncing around the idea of me trying out line formatted updates sometime. Aka instead of me making individual page updates and reformatting for line after the fact, what would it be like if I just did line from the get go? It might be awkward at first because it would mean either a.) shorter update posts on here or b.) bulk update posts in smaller bits. It’s weird to explain, the main reason I stuck with pages is because it was just easier to put on here, but I’m curious to see what it’d be like to cut out the middle man and go straight vertical for a bit. Let me know what y’all think.
