Context: The VERY FIRST in-comic introduction Lucky ever had, he was teleporting into a nearby park and wasn't wearing ANY clothes(it's fine, we've all seem their base forms without pants, there's nothing to see). But it became an ongoing joke that since Lucky had spent nearly 100 years as a dragon in another system, he really has no sense of doing things in clothes when in his base form, and he doesn't like teleporting between systems/dimensions unless he's just. Buck naked. Which is how he became the infamous nudist from his batch.
